Swiss Chard
Serves 2

Ingredients:
- 1 large bunch Swiss Chard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Sylverleaf olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Steps:
- Place chard into a pot with a steamer.
- Steam chard 6 minutes.
- Remove chard from pot and drain thoroughly.
- Pour olive oil into pan and heat over medium, then add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Reduce heat to low and add chard to skillet.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
- Add salt, pepper and vinegar, toss to coat and serve.
