Sylverleaf Salsa Fresca
Serves 4-6

Ingredients:
- 4-6 fresh ripe tomatoes, quartered
- 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
- ¼ cup red onion finely chopped
- ½ jalapeño finely chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 tablespoons fresh lime juice

- In a blender, combine all ingredients.
- Let sit for, at least, 1 hour.
