Sylverleaf Popcorn
Serves 2

Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons Sylverleaf extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 cup white popcorn
- 2 tablespoons Sylverleaf extra virgin olive oil

Steps:
- Pour olive oil into pan and heat over medium-high.
- After 2 or 3 minutes, place a single popcorn kernel into the pan and cover.
- When the kernel pops, pour in the remaining popcorn.
- Shake the pan continuously until the popping slows down while removing the cover to release the steam.
- Pour popcorn into a large bowl, drizzle with olive oil and serve.
