Peanut Sauce
Serves 6

Ingredients:
- ¼ crunchy peanut butter, heaping
- ¼ soy sauce
- ¼ lime juice
- ¼ rice wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- ½ cup coconut milk

Steps:
- Warm peanut butter over low heat in a sauce pan, stirring constantly.
- Add soy sauce, lime juice, and rice vinegar to pan. Cook for 1 minute.
- Add cilantro and sugar. Stir until all ingredients are completely mixed.
- Add coconut milk and stir until combined.
Refrigerate any leftover sauce.
