Oven Roasted Potatoes

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups potatoes, cut into one inch cubes
  • 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Sylverleaf olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Steps:

  1. Toss all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Chill for 1 hour.
  3. Bake at 425 for 35 minutes, turning the potatoes every 10 minutes.
