Oven Roasted Potatoes
Serves 4

Ingredients:
- 2 cups potatoes, cut into one inch cubes
- 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Sylverleaf olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
|
Steps:
- Toss all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Chill for 1 hour.
- Bake at 425 for 35 minutes, turning the potatoes every 10 minutes.
