Macaroni and Cheese
Serves 6

Ingredients:
- 1 pound dry pasta
- 1/3 cup flour
- 3 cups milk
- 3½ cups, shredded cheese (use different cheeses together for extra deliciousness!)
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- ¼ cup bread crumbs

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cook pasta for 5 minutes, then drain.
- Combine milk and flour in a medium sauce pan using a whisk.
- Heat milk and flour over a medium heat until it just bubbles. Remove from heat.
- Incorporate shredded cheeses, salt and pepper.
- Coat a caserole pan with butter, then add drained pasta.
- Stir in the cheese sauce.
- Place Swiss cheese on top of pasta and cheese mixture.
- Coat with bread crumbs and top with a slice of butter.
- Cook in oven for 25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and browned.
