Guacamole
Serves 4-6
|
Ingredients:
- 5 ripe, medium avocados, peeled, seeded
- 2 tablespoons red onion, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons fresh tomato, chopped
- 2 medium cloves garlic, minced
- ½ jalapeno, seeded and minced
- 1/3 cup cilantro, chopped well
- 3-4 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 3 tablespoons Sylverleaf olive oil

Steps:
- Place avocado meat into serving bowl and mash to desired consistency.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir gently.
- Serve on top of a salad, or with tortilla chips and your favorite Mexican dishes.
