Sylverleaf Caesar Salad
Serves 4-6
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup Sylverleaf olive oil
- 3 medium cloves garlic, crushed
- 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 4 tablespoons white wine worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Anchovie paste
- 1 raw egg
- 2 heads of Romaine lettuce, cut into bit-sized pieces
- 1/3 cup grated Romano cheese
- 1 cup croutons

- Combine first 6 ingredients in a medium bowl using a whisk.
- Pour over lettuce, add cheese then toss.
- Top with croutons and serve.
