Asian Green Beans
Serves 4

Ingredients:
- 6 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 scallions, chopped finely
- 1½ tablespoon fresh ginger, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons dark sesame oil
- 1/3 cup Sylverleaf extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 pounds green beans

Steps:
- Whisk together first 5 ingredients (vinegar to ginger) to make the dressing.
- Add oils to the dressing mixture, then whisk until emulsified.
- Toast sesame seeds in a small pan over low to medium heat.
- Steam green beans 4 minutes.
- Add beans to dressing, then toss.
- Top with sesame seeds and serve.
