Alfredo Sauce
Serves 4

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons Sylverleaf olive oil
- 1½ cups ½ & ½
- 1 cup fresh grated Parmesean cheese
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
|
Steps:
- Heat butter and oil over medium-high heat.
- Add ½ & ½, cheese, salt and pepper, then stir continuously for 2-3 minutes (do not boil).
