The recipes that you'll find here have been created and refined by the chefs here at Sylverleaf. Since we live on a farm in the middle of nowhere, we have no choice but to cook for ourselves most every day. That necessity has allowed for us to experiment with and perfect these recipes. This really is how the olive oil makers at Sylverleaf eat on a daily basis!

These recipes (most of them anyway) use our extra virgin olive oils, either in the dish or as a finishing touch, to accentuate the flavors. Be courageous and attempt some of the more daring recipes here and we think that you'll be pleasantly surprised.
