2004 Harvest
2004 was a very light crop year, that's for sure. It only took two days for our
crew of four people to get the olives down from their lofty perches. The limited harvest
dates resulted in an olive oil without a huge range of flavors, but our timing was very
good so the final product tasted exceptional.
