Sylverleaf is a 24-acre, family-owned olive farm, located in the Sierra Foothill town of Loma Rica, California. Most of our 1000 Spanish olive trees were planted in 1906, during California's first olive boom. The shallow soil and extreme seasonal weather at Sylverleaf are ideal for growing premium olives that show all of the character and complexity of this unique region.
